Wig Condition and Customization

All wigs sold on our website have been gently used for promotional purposes such as content creation (TikTok, photoshoots, styling showcases) and have not been worn more than once or twice.

Unless specifically listed as unworn or new, all wigs have had their lace cut, and their hairline has been customized for a more natural look. If a wig is labeled as “glueless,” the lace has already been pre-cut for easy wear. Customization may include:

• Bleaching the knots – to create a more realistic scalp-like appearance.

• Plucking the hairline – for a more natural and realistic hairline.

• Minor trimming and adjustments – made for promotional styling.

Sanitization and Cleanliness

Each wig is washed, sanitized, and blow-dried before shipping to ensure it is in the best possible condition for the customer.

Additional styling such as straightening, curling, layering, or cutting can be requested as an add-on for an additional fee.

Due to the nature of these products, there may be minor signs of wear, but each wig is inspected for quality before being shipped.

Stock Availability

Due to the nature of these products, we only have one of each wig available.

Once a product is sold, it cannot be restocked, but a similar product may be available in the future.

Items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Shipping and Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout.

If you live in an apartment, condo, or multi-unit residence, your apartment/unit number must be included in the second address line to avoid delivery issues.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns

All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact Fafa’s Wig Closet within three days of receiving your product to request a resolution.

Items must be unused and in their original condition for a replacement or store credit.

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect orders due to customer error (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address)

• Minor signs of wear due to the nature of the product

If an order is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout and cannot be recovered, no refund or replacement will be provided.

If the package is returned to us, we will do everything we can to reship it correctly, but the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Package Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to ensure safe delivery.

Any delays, losses, or damages that occur while in transit must be resolved directly with the carrier.

Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within two business days before shipping. Processing times may vary based on order volume.

Estimated shipping times vary based on location and the selected shipping method.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except when necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping carriers).

Your personal information will only be used for:
